The rapper recently won a $6.2 million lawsuit against a former employee who was found guilty of embezzling, and he is now demanding that he pay up.

Mitchell Green, the former Director of Brand Management for 50 Cent’s champagne and cognac company Sire Spirits, had been increasing prices and secretly receiving $2.2 million in kickbacks from wholesalers from 2018 to 2020, according to AllHipHop, but he was exposed after being threatened with extortion.

Green was fired by Sire Spirits and taken to court, where he was found liable for the money he stole. Sire was awarded a total of $6,194,293, which included compensatory damages, pre-judgment interest, disgorged compensation and benefits, attorneys’ fees and costs, and arbitrator compensation.

Green, on the other hand, has yet to pay. On March 14, he declared bankruptcy under Chapter 7. 50 intends to seize Green’s bank accounts, personal property, and any other assets in order to collect his judgment.

He demanded his money after reposting a headline about the verdict last week. “Look, I need that by Monday!” he exclaimed.

He also shared another story in which he is quoted as saying, “I need you out of my house by Monday,” while joking about his plans to renovate the property once he seizes it.

“I think I’m going to put Epoxy floors in here,” 50 added in the caption. “I’m going to keep it and his family pictures around as a theme for the place. LOL.”

This is not 50’s first visit to collect his money. He filed a lien against Teairra Mari in 2020 in order to collect a $40,000 judgment in a revenge porn lawsuit. He also called out “Power” executive producer Randall Emmett for failing to repay a $1 million loan and demanded $300,000 from his “Power” co-star Rotimi.
