Selena Gomez, an American singer, claims that her latest documentary, “Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me,” has altered her perspective on her physical appearance.

A “therapeutic” movie, according to the 30-year-old musician.

Selena expressed to Entertainment Tonight how beneficial the documentary was to her, according to CNN.
She remarked, “In a strange way, I feel like it’s a snapshot of events, a time in my life that I look back on, and I truly feel terrible for that version of myself.

“I think it helped me to recognize how my body was reacting to me, how I was acting, and how it would occasionally become irrational. I think doing so was quite beneficial for me.

Gomez said when asked what advice she would give her younger self: “I guess my advice is to not be afraid. Actually, I never felt hesitant to express my need to take some time for myself to others. That was never a bad thing in my opinion.

So, how can you share the truth and say, “Hey, I’m taking a vacation because I need it?” Being honest is just who I am, in my opinion.
