On Monday, the ANC executive committee of South Africa will meet to discuss the future of President Cyril Ramaphosa.
In a parliamentary investigation, Mr. Ramaphosa was charged with misconduct and may have broken the law by taking the oath of office.
Millions of dollars in cash are allegedly held by him at his property, and when it was stolen, he allegedly failed to declare it missing.
The South African president said that his destiny rested with his party in remarks made on Sunday.
He may not be able to run for the ANC party presidency at a convention later this month as a result of the issue.
