Kelly Mi Li deserves to be congratulated!
ET confirmed on Tuesday that the Bling Empire star and her partner, William Ma, had a baby girl.
According to the couple’s representatives, Mi Li gave birth to daughter Mili Ma shortly after midnight Sunday, making their baby girl not only an Easter baby but also born in the rabbit year.
“Mili, welcome to the world!” She has arrived after being fashionably late for her own due date!” Mi Li told People about it. “William and I are incredibly grateful to have gone through this pregnancy journey with the love and support of all of our friends and family, as well as Dr. Meschter and her Cedars Sinai staff.”
Along with the announcement, the outlet shared the first exclusive photos, which showed mom and dad cradling the bundled-up newborn as she slept soundly in their arms.
According to People, the newborn weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces.
Mi Li also posted some photos on her Instagram page, revealing that she labored for 24 hours before giving birth to Mili.
“Happy birthday, little Easter bunny!” You’ve arrived after a little more than 24 hours of hard work! You are surrounded by so much love and kindness, and there are so many people for you to meet. We can’t wait to show you around the world, so welcome! “, she penned.
Mi Li would be a girl mom, ET exclusively revealed in December.
“My partner and I wanted to keep the general reveal super simple and intimate,” Mi Li explained to ET at the time, “so we did a home picnic in our backyard with just the two of us and our dog, Sophia!”
“I’m not sure if it was the pregnancy hormones, but when we found out, I did one of the happy cries,” she added. “It will always be a memory that I cherish and treasure.” We can’t wait to meet our baby girl!”
She also shared a video in which Mi Li was surrounded by cupcakes with blue and pink glitter decorations, revealing the baby’s gender.
“It’s time to find out whether we’re having a boy or a girl,” Mi Li said in the video. “The camera then showed the pregnant woman cutting one of the cupcakes in half, revealing a pink filling.”
“We wanted to keep it sweet and simple, just the two of us, and with Sophia, of course,” she explained as she sliced the cupcake. “We’re expecting a… girl!”
Mi Li announced her pregnancy in November after revealing her relationship with Ma to the public at her baby shower. While she didn’t reveal the baby’s father at the time, she had teased fans with a photo of a mystery man a month before, around the same time she told ET she was “happily off the market.”
“I definitely found him,” she exclaimed. “When you find the one, you just know…” There are still some really good guys around.”
