In an already interesting and ongoing court proceeding and judgement in Abuja by the Presidential Election Petition, the court has declared 10 out of 13 witnesses who testified on behalf of the Labour Party challenging the emergence of All Progressive Congress candidate as winner of the February 25th election as worthless .
According to early reports, most of this witnesses are said to be subpoenaed or professional witnesses were dismissed on the bases of being “incompetent” and as such their testimonies was declared “worthless”
The 5man justice panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani declared witness number 3,4,5,6,7,8,10,11, 13 as subpoenaed labour party as not being witnesses of the court and that they witnesses statements was filed out of time
