The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has once again turned down the recall petition against suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central Senatorial District.
INEC shared the update on its 𝕏 handle on Thursday, April 3, 2025, stating that the petition did not meet the criteria outlined in Section 69(a) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended).
