Afrobeats superstar Davido, a prince and heir to a billion-dollar fortune, married his beloved Chioma Avril (née Rowland) in a sensational traditional ceremony that he described as the best day of his life.

The couple showcased the rich cultural heritage of their roots with various stunning African traditional attires. Chioma highlighted the elegance of Igbo culture from her Eastern heartland in Owerri, Imo State, while Davido honored his Yoruba royal heritage from Ede, Osun State. Their attire beautifully reflected the union of their distinct backgrounds, making their wedding a truly memorable celebration.

The bride’s stunning dress was designed by Couture by Tabik, while the groom’s elegant ensemble was tailored by Deji & Kola. These Nigerian designers created outfits that perfectly highlighted the couple’s unique style and cultural heritage.

Chioma and Davido’s Fairytale Wedding: A Celebration of Love and Elegance

The bride, Chioma, dazzled in a two-toned dress of royal wine and purple, perfectly fitting her status as the Prince’s chosen maiden. Her groom, the Prince Davido, looked equally regal in an elegant wine Agbada. The intricate details of their outfits, from laser-cut floral patterns to clean lines, made a stunning impression.

Designed by Couture by Tabik, Chioma’s dress featured a beautiful floral motif, symbolizing an allegorical garden of love and joy. Each bloom represented a cherished moment in the couple’s journey, filled with laughter and endless love.
