Cesc Fabregas, the retired football icon renowned for his time in the Premier League, harbors aspirations of becoming the head coach of a top-tier team in the league. Despite his coaching experience with Arsenal’s youth squads and Como’s U19 team, he aims to lead as the main coach rather than an assistant.

Fabregas briefly coached Como’s U19 team but had to step down due to lacking the required license. Currently, he is dedicated to obtaining his UEFA Pro license, concurrently engaging in sports analysis during the interim.

At 36 years old, Fabregas is pursuing his UEFA Pro license, paving the way for coaching opportunities in elite European leagues. His ultimate ambition is to helm a powerhouse club in the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.

He expressed, “You can never predict the future, but my ultimate goal is to lead a top club in the Premier League and compete in the Champions League. However, I believe in respecting the necessary progression steps. I feel prepared to assume the role of a first-team coach and am focused on that path. I have a clear vision of my career trajectory; I aspire to be the main coach, leading from the forefront, and will pursue this goal steadfastly until the opportune moment arrives.”
