On Wednesday, John, the older brother of Empress Njamah, the actress, posted a cryptic Instagram message about trust, friendship, and betrayal.
Being a good person, according to the actor, does not pay nowadays. He claimed that, unlike in the past, good people are now rewarded with bad things.
Back in the day, people freely opened their minds to “trusted friends,” according to John. He went on to say that those same friends now have evil intentions.
“It used to be very simple to be a good person… “You know, you know, helping as much as you can, giving wholeheartedly with no expectation of anything in return,” he wrote.
“It used to be very simple because it was the right thing to do… but now, bad things happen to good people… and these bad things are the result of people you’ve GIVEN in the past, people you’ve opened your heart to, people you call FRIENDS… and their retaliation is all manner of negative gestures and thoughts directed at you…
“IT’S REALLY SAD! It used to be simple to trust people because it was the right thing to do… But our current reality has dismissed all of that… and believes otherwise.”
The nuggets from John, who hasn’t been active on Instagram, come at a time when his sister is embroiled in a nude video scandal.
Njamah has been in the spotlight since she claimed that her ex-lover, George Wade, was attempting to blackmail her by having nude videos of her in his possession.
Wade was also said to have started a WhatsApp group where he allegedly released nudes of the actress.
