He continued by comparing JAY-talents Z’s to those of great athletes. He possesses “that thing in rap, that one thing that only we know in rap.” Wayne added, “He’s the Tom Brady of that. Wayne just bestowed Missy Elliott with the GOAT designation. When asked to identify his top 5 rappers back in May, Tunechi put the “Get Ur Freak On” legend at the top of the list.
