Four electoral commissioners in Kenya who refused to certify the results of the most recent presidential election are the subject of a petition that Kenyan MPs are currently hearing.

After edging out Raila Odinga with 50.5% of the vote, William Ruto was declared the victor.
Four commissioners, led by the vice-chairperson, disagreed, claiming that the outcome had been incorrectly aggregated.
The petitioners, which include three people and the Republican Party, accuse the commissioners of flagrant misbehavior, incompetence, and major violations of the law.
The meeting by the parliamentary justice and legal affairs committee is being attended by opposition leader Raila Odinga and other important members of his ousted Azimio alliance.
