Latto’s physical appearance has recently made headlines.
Last month, the 24-year-old discussed online trolls calling her an “old white woman” on her Apple Music show 777 Radio. On the most recent episode of her show, the Atlanta native discusses having plastic surgery with her sister, Brooklyn Nikole.
Latto admits she “got a little work done” on her body. “One thing about it, if you’re going to do it, do it right,” she continues. I’m going to do it correctly. I did everything correctly.
She discusses how she was chastised for having surgery. “When I didn’t have my surgery, they said, ‘Oh, she shaped like her white side.’… And then when I got the surgery, it is, ‘Oh she’s botched. Oh, it’s heavy.'”
She tells Brooklyn that she would not recommend surgery to her sister or any other woman because it is not “a permanent fix.”
“Take it from someone who has been there and done it: find peace within your natural state.” Because you’ll find a flaw, another flaw, another flaw, and another flaw.”
“I’m a big advocate for women in general,” Latto continues. Surgery, natural, or otherwise. Whatever way you want to play it, make sure it’s something you’re comfortable with, but I think surgery is so popular right now. That is all I am trying to remind you of.
Don’t fall for social media traps and other nonsense, because you’ll never be good enough in the eyes of others.” “You’re never going to win,” she adds. So find peace within yourself and do whatever you want.”
