Just before the holidays, the rap star completed the purchase of an opulent property in the upscale Hidden Hills neighborhood outside of Los Angeles. Nicki reportedly spent $19.5 million on her new crib, according to The Dirt.
For her son Papa Bear to wander, there will be plenty of room. With 12,000 square feet of living area, eight bedrooms, and ten bathrooms, the contemporary farmhouse is situated on a whole acre. An independent guesthouse, cabana, saltwater pool, spa, and Baja shelf for sunbathing are also included.

The house was constructed this year yet it never even entered the market formally. Before the MLS listing, it was sold.
Nicki and Kenneth Petty won’t be traveling too far. As they looked for the ideal home, the couple had been renting a hilltop estate in the nearby community of Calabasas.
Nicki now joins a lengthy list of well-known residents of Hidden Hills. The Kardashians, Will, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Lil Wayne—who purchased his own $15 million property in the gated community in 2021—are among her new neighbors. Drake sold his renowned “YOLO” mansion in June for $12 million.
