Sebastian Bear-McClard, Emily Ratajkowski’s former husband, is believed to have cheated on her, prompting Emily Ratajkowski to file for divorce.
According to court papers obtained by Page Six, the Inamorata designer filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday and noted that it was contested, which means there are still legal difficulties to be resolved.
A representative for the movie producer did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment, nor did Ratajkowski’s lawyer.
The couple’s separation after four years of marriage was first reported by Page Six in July.

The day before we published our story, Ratajkowski, 31, ignited split rumors when she was seen out with the couple’s now-separated 1-year-old son, Sylvester, without her wedding ring on.
Ratajkowski made it official in September when she said in a TikTok video that she was a “recently single person” who was “thinking about dating and everything.”
