Gomez took a black-and-white photo of a grey sky and a lonely hill for a post that she later deleted.
“I like being alone too much,” Gomez wrote alongside the photo, adding the hashtag “#iamsingle.”
Rumors of a romance erupted after Gomez and Taggart were photographed bowling together in New York City on Sunday, as seen in photos obtained by Page Six.
According to the outlet, an eyewitness claimed that the two were “making out” on the lanes, while Gomez also stopped to take photos and sign autographs for fans.
According to a source, the 30-year-old singer-actress and the 33-year-old “Closer” artist “are dating and things are still new.” The two “met through mutual friends in a friendly, low-key way, but had an instant connection and liked each other as people,” according to the source.
