Tyga And Avril Lavigne Kiss At Paris Fashion Week

Tyga and Avril Lavigne have made their relationship official.

After weeks of rumors, the rapper and singer have decided to make their relationship public. On Monday, the couple was seen kissing at the Mugler x Hunter Schafer party during Paris Fashion Week, confirming their relationship.

Throughout the evening, the two were not afraid to show their affection, holding hands as they entered the party and locking lips in front of the cameras.

“Tyga and Avril are getting acquainted,” a source tells PEOPLE. “It’s brand new. It’s very informal.”

Tyga, 33, and Avril, 38, have been Fashion Week fixtures, attending several shows. The stylish couple was spotted front row at Heliot Emil’s show and later at Leonardo DiCaprio’s party. Tyga returned to Los Angeles over the weekend for his performance at Rolling Loud before reuniting with Avril in Paris.

They sparked romance rumors last month when they were seen on a dinner date at Nobu in Malibu. They were photographed hugging in the parking lot after dinner with friends before leaving in the same car.

Avril is now single after breaking off her engagement to Mod Sun nearly a year ago in Paris. According to a source, he and Lavigne “have been on and off for the past two months, but are no longer a couple.”

Mod Sun’s representative stated that the end of their relationship caught him off guard. The pop-punk rocker addressed their split a few days later. “In one week, my entire life changed… “I just know there’s a strategy for everything,” he wrote. “I’ll keep my head held high and always listen to my heart, even when it’s broken.”

Tyga was recently linked to social media influencer Camaryn Swanson. Previously, he was famously linked to Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna, with whom he has a 10-year-old son, King Cairo.
