When it comes to Irv Gotti, 50 Cent can’t stop himself.
During the midst of Ashanti and Nelly’s romantic reunion, Gotti decided to reignite their long-running feud by bringing up Gotti’s previous relationship with Ashanti.
50 took to Instagram to repost a headline requesting that someone check in on Gotti because he is “going through it right now.”
50 replied with a series of laughing emojis. 50 wrote, “HE WILL BE AIGHT,” before mocking Gotti. “I was madly in love with her, and then she showed up with Nelly.” LOL.”
During an interview with “Drink Champs” last year, Murder Inc. CEO revealed a secret romance with the “Foolish” singer, who later dated Nelly.
“Listen, it happens at the time… “Any man can be hurt,” Gotti admitted. “The girl you’re in love with is with this ni**a.”

He discovered Ashanti and Nelly’s relationship after seeing them on TV. “This is what God wants me to find out.” I was at home, watching the NBA package; I enjoy watching sports. ‘My God, what’s all this commotion in the stadium? Ashanti and Nelly, who met in 2003 and dated for nearly a decade, appeared to confirm their rekindled romance at Saturday’s Davis-Garcia fight in Las Vegas. They were seated together and exited the venue holding hands.

Prior to that, in February, fans noticed Ashanti wearing Nelly’s chain around her neck, indicating a romantic reunion.
On the remix to Diddy’s “Gotta Move On,” Ashanti addressed Gotti’s headline-grabbing claims about their secret romance.
“It’s giving me obsessed, stressed, and pressed,” she sings. “But it’s been 20 years / Please say no more… You have to move on.”
