On Friday (April 21), Bad Bunny apologized to Harry Styles during his headlining set at Coachella’s second weekend.
“I’m sorry, Harry. My team had made a mistake. We adore you. “3,” read the onscreen message.
The apology came after the Puerto Rican superstar appeared to make a dig at Styles during his historic headlining set at Coachella 2023’s opening weekend on April 14. During his performance of “El Apagón,” from his Billboard 200-topping Un Verano Sin Ti album, a video screen behind Bunny displayed a tweet about Styles that read, “goodnight benito could do as it was, but Harry could never do el apagaon.”
Sturdy. co, the visual content company that created the images for Bunny’s set, reportedly confirmed that the artist did not approve of the Styles-slamming tweet and that it did not intend to disparage the British singer-actor.

The rapper-singer became Coachella’s first-ever solo Latino headliner last week, during which he delivered a poignant message about life in the celebrity bubble.
“Humbly speaking, people think they know the lives of famous people, but they don’t,” he told his audience. “They have no idea how we feel or what we go through.”
“They will never know what a heart can feel,” he added. You should not believe everything you hear. You won’t be able to get to know the real me through an Instagram video, an interview, or a TikTok.”
Bunny’s Coachella weekend’s two sets included collaborations with Jhay Cortez, Arcangel, Jowell & Randy, Grupo Frontera, and Jose Feliciano. Prior to his set, Bunny performed a surprise cover of Gorillaz’s “Tormenta.”
