Ben Affleck made his annual trip to the Lakers-Celtics game in Los Angeles, stopping by the Crypto.com arena with his son Samuel, age 10, where the two saw a thrilling game courtside!
Sam and Ben watched the Lakers fight back after falling behind by 20 points before coming back. Ben is a passionate Celtics fan from Boston (as well as every other team in Beantown). The Celtics eventually prevailed in overtime, 122-118.
Surprisingly, neither Ben nor Sam were sporting Celtics attire, save from the actor’s green Nikes, which served as a homage to his hometown team. Floyd Mayweather, Lou Adler, and Hailey Bieber were among the other famous people present at the event in addition to Affleck.
Ben makes it a point to watch the Lakers-Celtics game in Los Angeles every year. In reality, Affleck and Jennifer Lopez attended a game together in December, and the two were very affectionate!
Ben and Samuel appear to have had a great time. Not so much for the tens of thousands of Lakers fans!
