Elon Musk says a “crazy stalker” put his son in danger, and he’s now considering legal action against someone for publicly disclosing their whereabouts, which he believes is what sparked the attack.

Elon reported Wednesday night that an unidentified person had been following the automobile carrying his 2-year-old kid, “little X,” adding that they had subsequently obstructed the vehicle and climbed up on the hood.

He also asked on social media, “Anyone recognize this guy or car?” while posting a video of the alleged stalker and their license plate.

He claims that programmer Jack Sweeney, who set up Elon’s flight-tracking account in 2020, is being sued in a plainly linked move.

Immediately following Elon’s announcement of a new Twitter rule — “Any account that doxxes someone’s current location will be suspended since it violates their physical safety. Links to websites that provide real-time location data are one example of this.”

Elon says it is not a safety issue and people are permitted to report areas that someone has visited on a “slightly delayed basis.”

Many online believe Elon’s commitment to upholding free speech is a one-way street because he immediately took down any “free speech” that caused him harm once Jack’s account was suspended.
FYI: Jack claimed Elon messaged him last year, offering him $5,000 to delete the account. However, Elon indicated he wouldn’t touch the tracking account once Twitter acquired him. That’s obviously not the situation anymore.
