Cardi B’s debut album, Invasion of Privacy, was released five years ago.

In honor of the occasion, the Bronx rapper threw a small party in the studio where she is working on her next album. She posted a video of the spontaneous party, which included champagne, wine, flowers, and pastries.

“Oh my God, I feel so unique. “Yeah, we fu**in’ did that sh*t,” Cardi exclaimed to her team.

Cardi B is still getting paid to perform her old music, despite the fact that it was released five years ago. “Yeah, with one motherfu**ing album, I’m still getting booked for millions of dollars.” “Wussup, nobody can tell me anything,” she laughed.

Migos, Chance the Rapper, Kehlani, SZA, 21 Savage, Bad Bunny, and others appeared in Invasion of Privacy, which was released on April 6, 2018. It was triple platinum and produced hits such as “Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It,” earning Cardi her first Grammy for Best Rap Album.

She is now hard at work on the long-awaited sequel, and she is confident that it will put her back on top. “Wow three times….and I’m going to do it AGAIN!!!!” she tweeted in response to a sales statistic. “I can’t wait for you guys to hear this new music…”I’m leaving now.”

Fans have been waiting for her sophomore album, which she promised would be released this year, with bated breath.

“I don’t have a choice. “I have to put it out there,” she said on “The Breakfast Club” in December, admitting that her own indecision has held her back. “I think I’m thinking too much about it. “I feel as if I’m missing something.”

New music could be available by the summer. Cardi B will be the headliner at Hot 97’s Summer Jam on June 4. But first, on April 13, she will travel to Thailand for Rolling Loud.
