Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja has denied bail to Tigran Gambaryan, an executive at Binance Holdings Limited.
The judge expressed concerns that Gambaryan might evade trial if released on bail.
Both the company and Gambaryan are facing a five-count indictment related to money laundering. They have entered not guilty pleas to the charges.
