Aliko Dangote, the richest man in Africa, has expressed his willingness and readiness to invest more in Ghana, a nation he refers to as a second home.
According to Dangote, Ghana is a stable nation where businesses are safeguarded. This information was provided by Habib Iddrisu, the deputy majority chief whip, who did the Umrah alongside Aliko Dangote in Mecca during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. Dangote thinks Ghana is a wonderful place to do business, according to Habib Iddrisu, who was present together with Mustapha Yusaif the minister of youth and sports, and Hamza Farouk, the executive secretary of the Ghana Hajj board.
He already has the Dangote cement factory here in Ghana, he wants to add more, so he had a lot to talk about regarding Ghana and the need to build additional businesses there.
According to Habib Iddrisu, ” Aliko Dangote has a clear vision for Africa and in particular Ghana. He wants to assist with the establishment of more of his factories in Ghana to help with the government’s industrialization drive”.
As the deputy majority chief whip and a member of the government, he continued, ” I will use my position to vigorously advocate for Dangote’s establishment and increased investment of his company here in Ghana to support the creation of jobs for our youth.”
