Kanye West is facing new legal troubles as his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a sexual harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit against him.

On June 3, Pisciotta, who worked with West for two years, accused him of sending sexually explicit texts and behaving inappropriately during her employment. West has not yet publicly addressed these allegations.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Pisciotta has 15 years of experience in the music industry. She was hired by West in 2015 as a creative collaborator on his Yeezy Season 1 women’s fashion line and also contributed to his 2021 album, Donda.

In July 2021, she took on the role of West’s Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, with a promised salary of $1 million per year and the requirement to be available around the clock. Before joining West full-time, Pisciotta earned $1 million through OnlyFans and social media content creation. Initially supportive, West praised her as an “OnlyFans superstar.” However, in August 2022, he asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and adopt a “God-like” persona, promising to pay her $1 million, a payment she claims she never received.

Pisciotta alleges that West began sexually harassing her, sending explicit messages and videos, and engaging in inappropriate behavior during phone calls. She also claims that during a flight to Paris, West called her into a private room and masturbated under the covers. In September 2022, she was promoted to chief of staff for West’s companies with a promised $3 million bonus. However, the following month, she was offered a $3 million severance package, which she says she never received. She also alleges that West developed an “obsession” with her, moving into her building and “stalking” her after her termination.

Pisciotta is seeking at least $4 million in damages, citing breach of contract, a hostile work environment, and sexual harassment.
