A Surprising Moment: Fan Tosses Mother’s Ashes Onstage at Pink’s Concert

During a recent Pink concert in London, an attendee took a unique opportunity to throw a clear bag containing their mother’s ashes onto the stage, leaving the singer visibly puzzled. The incident was captured in viral footage during Pink’s performance of her 2002 hit “Just Like a Pill.”

In the video, Pink is seen holding up the bag of ashes in front of the crowd, addressing the fan who inserted it into her performance. Expressing her mixed emotions, she asks, “This is your mom? I don’t know how I feel about this.” With a thought-provoking gesture, Pink places the bag of ashes on the ground at the edge of the stage before continuing the song.

Pink is currently on her Summer Carnival 2023 tour, which has been making waves globally. The tour is set to arrive in the U.S. in July, starting with a show at the Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati. Additional stops across the U.S. include Philadelphia, Las Vegas, San Diego, Miami, and more.

While the ashes were contained in a transparent bag, highlighting the fan’s unusual tribute, recent onstage incidents have taken a more dangerous turn for performers. For instance, GloRilla recently made headlines as security had to remove two concertgoers who threw objects, possibly bottles, onto the stage. Bebe Rexha also experienced an unfortunate incident when a concertgoer threw a phone at her, resulting in an injury. The responsible person was subsequently arrested and charged.

In the realm of live performances, unexpected moments can take various forms, but they all contribute to the unique and unpredictable nature of live music events.
