According to a new report, the Freebandz rapper is upset that Drake decided to release a joint album with another rapper because he believes it devalues his own collaborative project with Drake, What a Time to Be Alive.

During his appearance on “The Breakfast Club” this week, N.O.R.E was asked about the rumor.

“There’s a big rumor that Future isn’t happy with this Drake and 21 Savage albums,” the “Drink Champs” host explained. “And it makes Drake and Future’s album, in my opinion, less important.”

Charlamagne “Because it makes their project feel less important,” said Tha God.

N.O.R.E. warned that it was just a rumor he heard “in the streets.” “I never heard it from Future’s mouth, from Drake’s mouth, or from 21’s mouth. There’s a big rumor going around right now.”

However, Charlamagne stated that he does not believe it is true. “For the record, I don’t believe Future feels that way. I don’t believe Future is that petty.”

N.O.R.E. went on to praise Drake for working with Savage. “Drake is realizing how valuable he is to the culture, and he’s spreading it,” he said.

“When you do an entire album with 21 Savage, with all due respect to 21 Savage, you’re elevating 21 Savage to that level. You’re elevating him to the level of Future, who is widely regarded as one of the most influential artists of all time.”

Her Loss debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 404,000 equivalent album units when it was released in November, spawning hits like “Rich Flex,” which peaked at No. 2 on the Hot 100.

Drake and Future’s joint mixtape What a Time to Be Alive, released in 2015, also debuted at No. 1 with first-week sales of 375,000 equivalent album units. The RIAA has since certified it platinum.
