Actress Georgina Onuoha has taken a firm stand against Senator Ned Nwoko, criticizing his public claims that his wife, Regina Daniels, struggles with drug abuse.

In a passionate statement shared on social media, Georgina expressed disbelief over the senator’s accusations, reminding the public that Nwoko began courting Regina when she was just 16, married her at 18, and welcomed a child with her shortly after. She questioned when and how Regina supposedly developed such habits, calling the narrative both unfair and irresponsible.

According to Georgina, Regina entered the marriage “young and innocent,” only to be used as a pawn in what she described as her mother’s pursuit of wealth. She didn’t hold back in her criticism of Rita Daniels, accusing her of prioritizing material gain over her daughter’s well-being.

“The same man who married a teenager is now accusing her of drug use — how did that happen? When she came to you, she was a child you were meant to protect,” Georgina wrote.

She added that if Nwoko had been aware of any form of drug use within his home, it was his responsibility to address it privately rather than go public with such serious claims.

Georgina also called for transparency, urging that both sides of the story — including Regina’s accusations of domestic violence — be properly investigated.

Her message was clear: a situation involving such sensitive allegations deserves compassion, accountability, and truth — not public humiliation.
