Tiwa Savage has revealed she’s still open to walking down the aisle again—though finding the right man, she admits, has been tricky.

The award-winning singer, who married her former manager Tunji Balogun (Teebillz) in 2013 before their split in 2018, shared her thoughts during a recent podcast that’s been making waves online.

According to Tiwa, she has specific standards for her future partner: young, wealthy, and drama-free—especially when it comes to baby mama situations.

“I’m still looking for someone’s son,” she said with a laugh. “Maybe I need to narrow my spec down. But honestly, I want someone who’s young, has a private jet, and no baby mama drama because I can’t handle that.”

The conversation also took a more personal turn as Tiwa reflected on one of the toughest seasons of her life—losing her father while dealing with the public fallout of her leaked sex tape in 2021.

Speaking with British media personality Zeze Mills, Tiwa described that period as the darkest in her career.

“My dad died, and my sex tape was released. The only way I could survive was not to think about it,” she said.

Despite the challenges, sitting down for the interview felt like a milestone for her.

“Being here is such a blessing. The fact that people still want to hear from me after all these years feels good. I’ve been through so much, but have I really enjoyed the moment?”

Through it all, Tiwa’s candor shows a woman who has faced storms, held her head high, and is still open to love—on her own terms.
