Controversial blogger Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), declined to speak during his appearance at the House of Representatives, citing the absence of cross-dresser Bobrisky and the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

VDM, Bobrisky, and the EFCC boss were summoned by the lawmakers over allegations of a ₦15 million bribe. However, Bobrisky was represented by his lawyer, opting not to attend in person.

During the session, VDM made it clear that he wouldn’t say a word until the other parties involved were present. He said, “If I say anything, let me die.”

This situation stems from a previous social media post where VDM shared an audio clip, allegedly featuring Bobrisky’s voice. In the recording, Bobrisky supposedly claimed to have paid EFCC officials ₦15 million to dismiss a money laundering case against him earlier this year.

The claims triggered widespread reactions, prompting the National Assembly to summon all parties involved, though only VDM appeared at the hearing.
