According to court records, Kim Kardashian requested a restraining order against Andre Persaud because he has been haunting her nonstop and showed up at her house armed.

This past Monday, Kim’s counsel appeared in a Los Angeles court to accept the restraining order against Persaud, who is alleged to be a continual threat to Kim and her family.
Persaud allegedly visited Kim’s home several times in august and asserted his possession of a weapon, according to the records that TMZ collected. Naturally, Kim was alarmed because she claims she has never even met the individual and feared that he may try to make physical contact with her.
Persaud claims he has communicated with Kim Kardashian “telepathically”
The really shocking part is that Persaud went online and announced to the world that he had been “telepathically communicating with Kim Kardashian.”
Persaud is now forbidden from speaking to Kim and has a five-year proximity requirement of at least 100 yards.
Following the issuance of the restraining order, Persaud is no longer allowed to physically or telepathically possess a gun or any other firearm and must turn over any firearms he may have to the local authorities.
