Kim Kardashian Expresses Concern over Kourtney’s Lack of Support from Friends
In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian opened up about her sister Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s struggle to find people who share her opinions outside of her husband, Travis Barker. During a conversation with Khloé Kardashian and Simon Huck, a mutual friend, Kim challenged Kourtney’s claim that “every one of her friends” disapproved of her Dolce & Gabbana show.
Kim pointed out that Kourtney doesn’t actually have any friends besides Travis. Khloé and Huck reacted non-verbally, with Khloé visibly surprised and looking away. The episode showcased Kim’s preparations for creatively directing a Dolce & Gabbana show at Milan Fashion Week, which took place less than a year after Kourtney and Barker’s Dolce & Gabbana-themed wedding.
In a previous episode, Kourtney had confided in her younger sister Kendall Jenner about feeling hurt by Kim’s decision to do the show, as she believed it was copying elements from her wedding. Kourtney expressed her emotions, wiping away tears and explaining how it seemed to be about more than just surface-level similarities.
