Kingsley Adonu, an accomplished entrepreneur and the founder/chairman of S Mobile Group, has unveiled plans to inaugurate an innovation center in Enugu State, named S Mobile Tech Hub.
The establishment of the Tech Hub, Adonu revealed, is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative of S Mobile Group aimed at fostering skills development, youth entrepreneurship, and job creation in emerging technology and innovations within the state.
Acknowledging the forward-thinking approach of the State Governor, Dr. Peter Mbah, in reshaping the economy of the Southeastern State, Adonu emphasized the hub’s significance in channeling the creative potential of young people towards productive endeavors, steering them away from social vices like Internet fraud.
As the Chief Executive Officer, Adonu has led S Mobile Group to unparalleled success, overseeing a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning telecommunications, oil and gas, real estate, hospitality, water production, agriculture, technology, e-commerce, energy, education, sports, entertainment, logistics, and financial services, with a global presence extending to the UK, USA, China, South Africa, and Canada.

Upon completion, the hub will boast state-of-the-art facilities including high-speed internet access, shared and private office spaces, and a well-equipped robotics training lab, among others.
