According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, Megan Thee Stallion allegedly subjected her cameraman, Emilio Garcia, to watch her engage in sexual activity in a moving car while on a trip to Ibiza. The incident, which occurred in June 2022 during her tour, is claimed to be part of a pattern of harassment that included fat-shaming.

Emilio Garcia’s lawyer, Ron Zambrano, stated that Garcia should never have been put in such a situation and described the behavior as “inappropriate” and potentially illegal.

The lawsuit outlines that Garcia, Megan Thee Stallion’s personal photographer, was unable to leave the car as it was moving and found himself in an embarrassing and uncomfortable position. Megan allegedly instructed him not to discuss the incident and would also make derogatory comments about his weight and eating habits.

Garcia’s lawsuit also addresses the classification of his employment status, stating that he was treated as an independent contractor rather than an employee, denying him benefits such as healthcare and overtime pay. Despite being contracted for eight-hour days, he claims he was required to work outside those hours without proper breaks.

The lawsuit names Megan Thee Stallion, Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring LLC, and Roc Nation as defendants and seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

In response to the allegations, Megan Thee Stallion’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, denied the claims, describing them as an attempt to embarrass her and emphasizing that there were no claims of sexual harassment filed.

This lawsuit comes after Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison last year for shooting Megan Thee Stallion during an altercation after a Hollywood party.
