Senator Ned Nwoko Confirms Regina Daniels’ Medical Reports Amid Concerns

Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North in the National Assembly, has acknowledged recent medical reports concerning his estranged wife, Regina Daniels, which reportedly indicate the presence of cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, morphine, opiates, and other substances.

According to reports from Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja, where the actress underwent treatment, Regina Daniels has been participating in a detoxification program from September 9 to October 15, 2025. The hospital’s Managing Director/Head of Clinical Services, Dr. Adekunle Adesina, stated that the psychological emergency unit was called to Nwoko’s residence on September 23 after the actress reportedly had not slept for 48 hours and was displaying aggressive behavior.

The medical observations noted verbal aggression, agitation, and a mood described as “elated and evasive.” The hospital also highlighted difficulties in the detox process, suggesting that progress was limited due to continued access to psychoactive substances, which hampered recovery.

However, Serenity Royale Hospital clarified on its official Instagram page that the leaked document did not originate from them, reaffirming their commitment to patient confidentiality.

In a statement released on Saturday, Senator Nwoko confirmed the report’s authenticity but noted that the hospital did not officially release the document publicly. He expressed concern that some of Regina Daniels’ recent actions may not reflect a stable and healthy state of mind, adding that she is vulnerable and at risk of being exploited by others for personal gain.

Senator Nwoko emphasized that his priority is Regina Daniels’ recovery and wellbeing, as well as ensuring she remains present in the lives of her children.
