Nollywood actress Anita Joseph is staying positive amid swirling reports about troubles in her marriage to Fisayo Olagunju, popularly known as MC Fish.

Social media has been buzzing after actor Stanley Ontop claimed on Instagram that MC Fish had left Anita for another woman. In his post, Stanley also alleged that Anita had thrown her husband’s belongings outside after feeling betrayed.

He wrote, in part, that Anita had gone above and beyond for her husband and deserved better, adding, “Justice for Anita… carrying a man, providing for him—it’s not easy. Anita, you are a true woman.”

In response, Anita chose to focus on herself rather than comment directly on the rumors. On her Instagram page, she shared an uplifting message: “The Lord has kept my portion. Shalom!”

Anita has also recently spoken out on another marital issue in Nollywood, involving politician and businessman Ned Nwoko and his estranged wife, actress Regina Daniels. She voiced concern over how Regina’s family, particularly her brother Sammy West, has been treated amid the ongoing conflict.

In a post on Friday, Anita noted that while she usually avoids intervening in personal matters, she could not ignore what she saw as unfair treatment toward Regina’s family. She questioned why Nwoko would allegedly use his influence against his wife’s relatives and called for a resolution that allows peace between the families.

Anita urged that Sammy West be released from police custody, emphasizing that marriage should never involve coercion. She also expressed disappointment that no official body had intervened to address the matter and assured Regina Daniels of her prayers and support during this challenging time.
