King Charles III is doing decently.

The freshly crowned monarch, 74, will invite his youngest son, Prince Harry, and his bride, Meghan Markle, to his coronation on May 6, 2023, according to a story from the Daily Mail on Friday.

A source told the publication that Charles informed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex that they are welcome to attend the historic ceremony at Westminster Abbey in London, despite the fact that invitations for the eagerly awaited event have not yet been distributed.

The insider claimed, “Harry is his son and His Majesty will always love him.”

Despite the present challenges, the door will always be left open.

Another source stated that the invitation would be “unlikely” to be revoked, even with the upcoming release of Harry’s memoir, “Spare.”

The coronation will take place on Archie, Harry and Meghan’s four-year-old son.

Experts have previously stated that the date was not a dig at the Sussexes.

“The date was chosen because it’s just before the state opening of Parliament and Charles will want to appear as King with his crown and the whole ceremonial (robes),” Tom Bower, author of “Revenge: Meghan, Harry, and the War Between the Windsors,” told us in October.

Though Charles appears to want to avoid the drama, requests have been made for the monarch to revoke the Sussexes’ titles, which were bestowed upon them by the late Queen Elizabeth II on their wedding day in 2018.

After the release of Harry and Markle’s Netflix docuseries, “Harry & Meghan,” Piers Morgan urged the king to take action.

“King Charles must strip these two poisonous rats of all remaining royal titles and ties, and he must do so quickly before they destroy the monarchy,” he tweeted on Monday.

However, a royal expert said why such a move would be extremely unlikely.

“Stripping their title is not something the king would likely consider… primarily because it would be too petty and punitive,” the expert explained.

“It would only lead to the Sussexes claiming retaliation and proof they were never wanted in the royal family.”In the documentary, Harry, 38, and Markle, 41, shared how unhappy they were being a part of the royal family.

In one episode, the father of two described how his father and brother, Prince William, chastised him when he expressed a desire to leave his royal duties and relocate to North America with his wife and son, Archie.

“It was terrifying to have my brother scream and shout at me, and my father says things that were simply not true, and my grandmother sits there quietly and sort of takes it all in,” he said.
Furthermore, Harry revealed that after his mother, Princess Diana, died in 1997, he felt estranged from King Charles III and was instead “raised” by his “second family” in Africa.

Netflix has made all six episodes of “Harry & Meghan” available to watch.
