Kaya Jones discusses her time in Pussycat Dolls. During an appearance on Fox Nation’s Tucker Carlson Today, the 38-year-old singer claimed that while in the girl group, she was “told to get rid of” a pregnancy.

ET has reached out to former members of the group, including founding member Robin Antin, for comment on Jones’ claims.

“The vast majority of women do not have children.” That is the pressures and the forced abortions. And, you know, if you’re pregnant, you’re fired,” Jones claimed, adding that “the powers that be” can “do that.”

Jones, who had an abortion when she was 16, claimed to be 19 at the time of the alleged incident.

“That was a bad decision at the time,” Jones said of her first abortion. “Now, being at the pinnacle of this position and my job, and not wanting to lose my job, I was told… So, in between rehearsals, I went and got rid of it.”

Later, Jones stated that she felt like she was “hemorrhaging” during a performance and that she was “still losing my child and being told how fat I am.”

Jones claimed that the alleged weight and pregnancy restrictions were put in place “to control you.”

When Carlson said Jones’ account sounded “like slavery,” the singer alluded to her 2017 allegations that Pussycat Dolls was a “prostitution ring.” At the time, Antin denied the claims, calling them “disgusting, ridiculous lies.”

“That’s why I used words like trafficked or prostitution ring – not because we were actually one, but because it felt that way,” Jones responded to Carlson’s remark. “We felt like slaves to… the evil that rules this planet.” I don’t think it’s a group of people in the traditional sense. I believe evil thrives when we do nothing to stop it. And as Christians, we need to take action.”
