Regina Daniels Opens Up on Her Troubled Marriage with Ned Nwoko

After weeks of silence, actress Regina Daniels has finally spoken out about the storm brewing in her marriage to businessman and politician Ned Nwoko.

Taking to her Instagram story, the Nollywood star poured out her heart in a series of emotional posts, revealing that she feels drained and overwhelmed by the situation.

According to Regina, her family has become entangled in the conflict. She claimed that her elder brother and sister have both been detained, and that her younger sister may be next unless she returns home and agrees to what her husband allegedly described as “rehab.”

The actress said she had tried to stay quiet, hoping things would resolve privately, but the pain had become too heavy to bear.

“I never thought I would speak on this,” she wrote. “My family and my sons are my biggest challenges right now, but I’ll keep fighting for them. This is beyond embarrassing. I feel like I’m losing my mind.”

She went on to accuse Nwoko of publicly branding her a drug addict — a claim she said had deeply humiliated her.

“Don’t get me started on that ‘rehab’ story,” Regina wrote. “You called me a drug addict? Me? What else do you want to call me — a prostitute? One day, I’ll tell the world everything.”

In her posts, the actress expressed disappointment that their once-admired relationship had crumbled so publicly. She pleaded for Nwoko to stop targeting her family and allow her to move on peacefully.

“It’s sad that something so beautiful has turned into this,” she said. “Why must things end in total destruction when partners are no longer interested? Leave my family alone, Ned. Leave me alone too.”

Her comments came shortly after Nwoko alleged that substance abuse and alcohol addiction were at the root of the crisis in their marriage.

For now, Regina says she is focusing on her children and trying to stay strong amid the chaos, but her message makes one thing clear — she’s done staying silent.
