Ashanti and Nelly’s romance is rekindling.
Following their display of affection at the Davis-Garcia fight last month, a new report claims that the rapper, 48, and singer, 42, are a couple.
“Nelly and Ashanti are back together, and both of them are very happy,” an insider tells Entertainment Tonight.
The on-again, off-again couple fueled romance rumors recently when they were seen holding hands at the Gervonta Davis vs. Ryan Garcia fight in Las Vegas. Prior to that, in December, they performed a steamy rendition of “Body On Me” at a concert in Arizona.

In February, fans noticed Ashanti wearing Nelly’s chain around her neck, hinting at a romantic reunion.
According to another source, “Nelly and Ashanti are really enjoying their time together.”
The couple began dating in 2003 after meeting at a Grammy press conference and ended their relationship in 2013.
“We’re in a better place,” Ashanti said on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” last year when asked about her relationship with Nelly. “But, you know, we’re all right now. We had some conversations, so it was fine.”
Nelly opened up about his relationship with Ashanti and why he was waiting for marriage in a 2010 interview with Rap-Up.
“I believe you should start by being friends. “It doesn’t matter how long it takes,” he explained. “I’m not the type of person who wants to get married more than once.” If I’m going to do it, I’m going to do it. If you leave me, you’ll die.”
