Rihanna is set to expand her beauty empire with the upcoming launch of Fenty Hair, scheduled for June 13. The multi-talented artist and entrepreneur took to social media on Tuesday to unveil the new product line, debuting a stylish blonde pixie cut and expressing her personal connection to the project.

Introducing Fenty Hair, Rihanna emphasized the importance of hair versatility and care, stating, “A new family is moving in! Fenty Hair is pullin’ up, and it’s time to finally have the hair experience you’ve been waiting for.” Reflecting on her own hair journey, she shared, “You know how much switching my hair up matters to me. I’ve had almost every texture, color, [and]length, from weaves to braids to natural.”

Highlighting the inclusive nature of the product line, Rihanna added, “So, I am launching a flexible line of products for not only every hair want, but every single product is designed to strengthen and repair all types of hair, which is what we truly need! It’s time to play and get stronger by the style.”

Rihanna is expanding her impressive portfolio with the introduction of a new venture, further enhancing her influence in the beauty industry. This addition joins her groundbreaking brands, Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty.

Fenty Beauty made waves upon its launch in 2017, offering an extensive range of foundation shades that redefined inclusivity standards in cosmetics. In 2020, Rihanna expanded her beauty empire with Fenty Skin, offering consumers melanin-friendly sunscreens and a lip balm collaboration with ASAP Rocky.

In a promotional campaign featuring Rocky’s track “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n),” the New York rapper showcased the label’s Lux Balm, enriched with Barbados Cherry, vitamin E, and shea butter.

Reflecting on Fenty Beauty’s expansion into China, Rihanna expressed to Vogue China, “These products serve as tools for individuals to express their creativity, reflecting their mood and desired message. Beauty should be enjoyable and empowering.”
