In the photos, Sasha can be seen wearing a two-piece top that reveals her upper body while opting for an oversized piece to cover her lower half. As reported by Page Six, she was photographed enjoying a cigarette as she departed from a Labor Day gathering in Los Angeles on September 4th.
Completing her ensemble with black flip-flops, Sasha let her long braids flow freely and appeared to have chosen a makeup-free look for her outing in West Hollywood, California.

Sasha’s choice to indulge in smoking has raised some eyebrows. However, this isn’t the first instance of her being seen with a cigarette. Over the years, there have been occasions where she was spotted with one.
It’s worth noting that Sasha’s father, former President Barack Obama, openly admitted to being a smoker, consuming up to 10 cigarettes daily during his younger years. However, he made a commitment to quit smoking before launching his presidential campaign, as he revealed in a 2009 press conference. He often spoke about the constant battle he faced as a former smoker.
In his 2020 memoir, ‘A Promised Land,’ Barack acknowledged the pivotal role played by his eldest daughter, Malia, now 25, in his journey to quit smoking. He shared that witnessing her disapproval and concern when she detected the smell of smoke on his breath served as a powerful motivator for him to kick the habit.
Despite the discussions surrounding her recent photos, it’s essential to remember that Sasha, like any other young adult, is entitled to make her own choices. In August, she and her sister Malia made headlines when they were spotted having a great time at Drake’s after-party during the It’s All a Blur Tour performance featuring Drake and 21 Savage.
