Ten people from the same family were shot and killed after a group of men stormed their home in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province.
According to police, the gunmen entered a home in the Imbali area where a family of seven women and three men were gathered and opened fire on them.

It is unknown what motivated the murder.
According to local media, Police Minister Bheki Cele and top management from the South African police force are visiting the crime scene.
This is the second mass shooting in KwaZulu-Natal this week, following the deaths of four people in a home in KwaMashu, north of Durban, on Thursday.
