Chris Brown recently revealed that the NBA withdrew his initial invitation to participate in the Ruffles Celebrity Game during NBA All-Star Weekend. Despite being scheduled to join Lil Wayne’s team, the talent booking team cited sponsorship conflicts, particularly with Ruffles, leading to the cancellation.

Expressing his frustration on social media, Brown shared the emails he received and stated, “I was asked by the NBA to play in the all-star game this year! Only for them to call back later and say I couldn’t do it because of their sponsors like Ruffles.” He added, “At this point, I am tired of people bothering me, and I’m tired of living in the past. I posted the emails so you all could see them. The NBA still trying to get me to come courtside… Not happening.”

In response to the news, fans shared diverse opinions. Some questioned why people still care about the past, citing Rihanna’s apparent forgiveness and collaboration with Brown on a song. Others acknowledged his past mistakes but emphasized the importance of moving forward.

On a more positive note, Chris Brown announced plans for “The 11:11 Tour” in support of his 11th studio album, 11:11. While specific details and venues are pending confirmation, he shared the tour would kick off in early summer, sparking anticipation among his fans, known as Team Breezy.
