Mercy Johnson-Okojie has opened up about challenges she faced in her marriage, revealing that there were attempts to break her union.
The actress shared the story while marking her 14th wedding anniversary with her husband, Prince Okojie. Alongside heartwarming family photos, Mercy described her partner as not just her husband but also her friend and source of strength.
In her words, “Happy anniversary to us. Fourteen years with my husband, my friend, my strength. They said no, but God said yes. They tried to ruin it, but God kept putting it together. To Him be the glory.”
Meanwhile, fellow actress Angela Okorie has offered a public apology to Mercy Johnson and Senator Ned Nwoko following a recent outburst on social media.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Angela admitted that the past few days had been a period of reflection. She acknowledged that her emotional reactions and unfiltered words may have caused pain, particularly to Mercy.
