Gisele Bundchen is the betting favorite to date Tiger Woods, according to BetOnline, following the news that the golfer has split from his girlfriend Erica Herman.
After thirteen years of marriage, the Brazilian fashion model announced her divorce from ex-NFL quarterback Tom Brady last October.
The 42-year-old is the favorite at +2500 odds, followed by Kim Kardashian at +3500 and Shakira at +5000.
Jada Pinkett Smith is also available at +5000, as are Vera Wang, Eva Longoria, Charlize Theron, Katie Holmes, and Monique Samuels at +7500.
Paige Spiranac (+25000), Kylie Jenner (++15000), and Khloe Kardashian (+20000) round out the top five.
Herman’s efforts to void a non-disclosure agreement
The celebrity couple’s marriage has broken down due to a series of allegations and disagreements.
Although it is unclear whether Herman is accusing Woods of any specific offense, she believes the golfer is attempting to “aggressively enforce” a non-disclosure agreement.
In an attempt to “share her experiences with Tiger,” the Brazilian has invoked the federal Speak Out Act to have the non-disclosure agreement voided.
The legislation exempts NDAs in situations where there is clear evidence of harassment.
Many of Herman’s allegations against Woods have been refuted or denied, including incidents that occurred in their Florida mansion.
The tenancy agreement has also been a source of contention, as the fashion model insists that the housing arrangement includes five years of tenancy that have yet to be fulfilled.
Lawyers for the golfer have established that no agreement existed that would allow Herman to share the golfer’s home until it expired.
Woods and Herman have not been seen together in public since the 2022 US Open.
According to reports, since his divorce from Elin Nordegren in 2010, Woods has had a slew of lovers, including nightclub hostesses and pornstars.
