Nigerian music sensation Tiwa Savage recently revealed that she took decisive action to remove her leaked intimate video from the internet and mobile devices. The acclaimed Afrobeats artist, who had previously spoken out about being blackmailed with the tape in October 2021, addressed the issue during an interview with Angie Martins of Power 105.1 in New York.

Tiwa Savage disclosed that the video was recorded during a relationship, expressing her concern that her son might come across it. In response, she engaged an IT specialist to remove the video from online platforms and mobile devices.

“My greatest fear was that my son might stumble upon the video one day,” Tiwa Savage shared. “But I sought the help of an IT expert who successfully removed the video from the internet and all devices. It’s now impossible to find it anywhere, even if it was saved on your phone.”

Following the leak, the incident caused significant repercussions for Tiwa Savage, including the loss of several ambassadorial deals. Despite the challenges, her proactive approach to addressing the situation highlights her resilience and determination to protect her privacy and family.
