Tucker Carlson takes war with Donald Trump public: calls him ‘autistic’

The controversial Fox News host followed up his leaked text messages scathing the former POTUS with remarks on the Full Send Podcast with Kyle Forgeard.

Throughout Donald Trump’s four-year presidency, Fox News host Tucker Carlson has been an outspoken supporter of the president (2016-2020). As a result, leaked text messages from January 4, 2021, stating that he “hates him passionately,” were met with skepticism by many of his followers.

Now, Carlson has erased all doubt and made his war with Trump public, calling the former POTUS “autistic”.

Carlson was invited to join Kyle Foregard on the Full Send Podcast. When asked about Trump’s claims that he could end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine “in 24 hours,” the Fox News host responded forcefully.

“I’m not sure,” Carlson replied. “He couldn’t even build a border wall in four years. So, you’re aware that all politicians, including him, have a gap between promises and delivery.”

Carlson continued his backhanded compliment: “This is what I admire most about Trump, especially in foreign policy. He notices the important details. ‘Wait, you’ve got Russia and China,’ he says. They don’t have faith in one another. We cannot allow them to meet.'”

Trump is a “racist,” but he’s also “right,” according to the divisive Fox host. “And he said that five years ago when everyone was saying, ‘Shut up, racist!'” The anchor kept going. “All right, he’s a racist, but is he wrong?”

Carlson’s leaked Trump texts were revealed on March 9th

Carlson’s text messages with producer Alex Pfeiffer were made public as part of Dominion’s lawsuit against Fox News. The messaged, leaked on March 9th, had the host expressing his ‘passionate hatred’ for Trump, and even saying he’s “good at destroying things”.
