On Saturday, two foreign tourists, a German, and a Swiss were killed in an accident in Kenya’s Maasai Mara game park.
According to police, the accident occurred when the vehicle they were using for their tour became stuck and veered off the road.
When the accident occurred on the Sekenani-Mara Bridge, the vehicle was carrying three Germans and two Swiss nationals.
Another tourist was hurt, while two others escaped unharmed. According to local media, the injured tourist was airlifted to a hospital in Nairobi, Kenya’s capital.
According to Kenyan police, the accident is being investigated.
The Maasai Mara National Reserve is a popular tourist destination for both locals and visitors from other countries.
