Tyler Vybes, an Afro-Pop star, has debuted seven new tracks ahead of his upcoming Extended Play (EP) album, which will be released later this year.
The album, titled ‘Homework,’ consists of Afro-beat and Afro-Soul genres of music that discuss a variety of important topics ranging from societal values to politics wrapped in melodic groovy vocals.
The 15-year-old groovy Nigerian-American, who is a Senior Secondary School student in Abuja, Nigeria, consistently excels in both academics and stage performances. Mogaji, who performed with a lot of charisma and finesse, plans to make a name for himself in the Nigerian music industry by writing unique songs that will captivate audiences of all ages.
“It is a lot of hard work and then sacrifice. I see myself performing on the O2 Arena Stage in the next five years. I spy Wizkid, Burna Boy Ashake, and Rhema. I will distinguish myself through high-quality music that people from all walks of life can listen to, watch, and enjoy.
I enjoy both singing and writing, but I prefer singing. I’m a fantastic football player. I game. I enjoy coding, and I will advise young people who want to be like me to avoid drugs and to keep God in mind because only God can make your efforts successful,” he added.
Tyler’s father, Mr. Bola Mogaji, Chief Executive Officer of Hashtag Entertainment and Trybe Vybes Manager, said the concert was a visual document to showcase Tyler’s talent.
“I plan to present top record labels and global distribution companies interested in partnering with us on the Tyler Vybe journey.” “At the age of 15, Tyler Vybe has discovered a new exceptional talent in the Afro-Pop and Afro-Soul genres of music. You should have been at his sold-out show in Abuja.
“It was an incredible night, full of new incredible music, energy, stage presence, and great connections with the fans,” he added.
The young artist was born in the United States of America to a Yoruba father and an Igbo mother and moved to Nigeria when he was seven years old.
