Ghana’s Vice President, Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, is set to travel abroad for further medical care after falling ill unexpectedly.

A statement released by Felix Ofosu Kwakye, Minister for Government Communications, confirmed that the Vice President became unwell shortly after work on Friday, March 28, 2025. She was admitted to the University of Ghana Medical Centre the following day.
